visiting family in the area and needed my hair cut the two girls that were working were amazing friendly and very helpful. i am very picky with my hair and the stylist that cut it was very understanding and took her time. will definitely be going back the next time i come to visit.

I am very happy with the service I received from this location! Looks like new management and some new faces.... but made me happy. They really turned this place around.

Salon is dirty and smells horrible, stylist reek of cigarettes. Took my 2 girls in there and the next day all 3 of us had lice. I called managment and was given a number to fernley, they told me they would sell me love treatments for upwards of $20 and when I got upset I was hung up on. Disgusting.

I just called to see if my regular gal was working today. Well, she is no longer there.

So I asked which is better for the haircut; Washed and Naturally dried or Styled so the stylist has a better idea of what I do with it. The woman that answered was so short with me and didn't even listen the question I was asking. As if she couldn't be bothered.

I have been going to them for a few years, I guess no more!

The two young management women are terrible, the absolute worse. All they ever do is sit in the office and gossip very loudly. There could be a line out the door but neither of them will open another window. I am a bit older than them so it disgusts me that they treat there elders and their veterans with such disrespect. They will call you a liar etc even if you have documented proof, aparently they disagree with the law. However the actual tellers themselves are outstanding. I am sorry they have a terrible boss.
