I had very good service and am satisfied only it took little longer than expected for first service of the car

was given a time frame as to when the service would be completed and was done almost to the minute.

Shopping for a car was the last thing I wanted to do because I figured mine would run forever, not until 77K. Jeffrey Marcus was wonderful! Not only a family friend, but an honest salesperson who did not pressure me into something I couldn't afford. Actually, there wasn't any pressure at all! Thanks to Derek too whom made me excited about buying my very own car!

My appointment was for 8Am, and the repairers started working on my car promptly at 8AM. It was estimated that the work would take 1/2 hour, and it took exactly 1/2 hour. I appreciate punctuality.

Stan and his colleagues were professional, polite and knowledgeable the entire way. As a woman buying a car with a male friend in tow I noticed and appreciated that they sold me the car. The other dealerships kept addressing my friend instead of me. When my family came in with me when I signed the papers everyone was wonderful and accommodating. I long forward to a long relationship with Dayton Toyota!

In and out qucikly, first time I made an appointment, usually I just drive in, but all future visits will be appointment. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area.

I got very good service at the Dayton Toyota service area, Tom Kozak was especially helpful. Toyota should have had the part there that I needed because of the recall so that I didn't have to go back the second day. Tom did explain why to me,but it was still annoying.

Arrived early for my appointment. They were able to take me immediately. Work was done in less than the promised time. Waiting area is comfortable. Free WiFi was a bonus.
