They have done a few repairs to my car along with regular maintenance over the last three years and have kept it running like it's fresh off the assembly line. A couple repairs have been pretty costly with the most recent one costing me about $500. They are very reasonable and I won't take my car anywhere else. They are friendly, knowledgeable , courteous and most of all, honest.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation & allignment....After picking up my car & driving it home my car was more out of allign then when I took it in. I called to advise them I was bringing my car back in to be re-done....they said my allignment was fine, it was my calliber. Then, I called back to see when I could pick it up, and he said it was my strut....Okay, if that was the case, why didn't they tell me that BEFORE doing the allignment. I will not use this place again for ANY service! Not even an oil change. The guy was rude and acted like I was a problem....I have news for you Big T---Your customers are the reason you STAY in business, so maybe honesty should go further at your place of business. I have heard terrible things about this company from others within the community, and only continued using them bc of ONE employee...He should transfer bc BIG T does NOT deserve him.
