Azteca Milling is a division of Gruma Corporation, a producer of more than 50 varieties of corn masa flour. Azteca Milling is part of Gruma's milling operations in the United States. Gruma also maintains divisions in Mexico, Central America and South America. Azteca Milling s products are used in the preparation of tortillas, taco shells, tostadas, chips, extruded snack foods and related corn products, such as tamales and taquitos. The company works with growers to develop and monitor seed varieties and crop management. It is also active in research and development, offering support and training seminars.
