Requested a certain type of flower, paid up front, left my phone number. Went to pick it up and it was totally different. When I picked it up, the lady there did not know why it was different and called the lady that did it. The lady made a judgement call but did not consult with me. I requested a rose boutineere and a rose wrist corsage. I got baby's breath instead. I told the lady in the store that I thought that the rose was much higher than the baby's breath and she said let me call her to find out. She did not willingly offer to make any adjustment. I was already aggravated because the lady made the decision not to prepare what I had requested and so I told the other lady just to forget about calling to find out if it was cheaper. I will not do business there again. I work locally and like to shop locally, but will find another place to shop for flowers in the future.
