The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She cut me off and did not have any idea of the type of boat windshield I was trying to order. She would not let me talk to anyone else to try explain my needs. The owner of this company should check out his help.

They are very rude. They spent more time telling me what I did wrong to cause problems than just owning up to it. I have the emails to prove it too. I didn't have a problem really with timeframes. I don't care how long it took; but when you ask them anything they get defensive and will not address the real issue. The real issue is they treat customers horribly. Not worth doing business with them. Too many other places I have contacted now that truly want to earn your business. I have no idea where they got their testimonials. I am sure the owner will try to defend what I am saying but don't believe it. In fact, call them yourself and talk to the lady who answers the phone and you will get a great example of their customer service and arrogance. I have the emails if you need proof. I am saving their emails to use in my company as an example of exactly what NOT to do and how NOT to treat customers.
