I am actually sad rather then mad but tonight I had the worst experience in this Publix. I did some light shopping, got on the check out line to pay and during the transaction I accidentally left my phone on the counter next to the credit card machine. After getting in my car I realized I did not have my phone. Went back to the cashier where he quickly said he didn't have it. I looked around and ask the manager to please check the cameras as it was just a few minutes ago and a expensive phone. After an hour 1/2 I convinced the manager to check. To make this story short, the cashier who told me he didn't have it, had it the entire time! He had turned it off and placed it in his pocket! Smh. Honesty goes a long way. Cashier was pulled to back room and manager apologized. I left without pressing charges since his job was already in jeopardy.
