As a single mother my money and my time are extremely tight. I cant afford a new car and the one I have is old and in need of attention. When I couldnt get it started one morning I had no idea were to turn. I found Mears Auto on line. I called right away. They were very understanding sympathetic. They sent a tow truck for my car that got there in under a half an hour. I was so surprised. John explained everything to me in a way this techno impaired Mom could understand. I was worried about being out of work for several days and the kids not being able to go to school but they had it done the same day and even came to get me when they were done. John explained what they did and that they only charged me for what they did. He also let me know what else was wrong with my car and what I would need to do next to keep it on the road.
