I have been using Azar's from the mid 90's when they were located on State Rd 7 in Holkywood, they moved to Ft. Lauderdale area on Oakland Park Blvd. I'm glad to know they are back closer to the Hollywoid area. This is a truly honest business owner. He always call and let you know what the problem is and what your options are. He won me over completely years ago when I brought him my sewing machine that I purchased for $99.00 in 1983 and a part broke that cost $90.00. He told me that I can add a few more dollars to that amount and purchase a brand new machibecbut I would not get the same performance with the new one as I am getting with my current machine. I know he was being honest because I borrowed a friend's brand new machine and it did not give me the finish that my machine gave me. I am still using my machine to this day. As a matter if fact I need to take it in for servicing now. Hopefully this address online is the current address if not can someone update the site with new address. AZAR's used to be located in South Broward on Miramar Parkway and State Rd 7 (441). This family owned business has been servicing Singer, Bernina and numerous other brand personal and industrial sewing machines for over 40 years. Once a customer, you gain a very knowledgeable instructor for life. Fair prices for service work, parts and supplies. Repairs are done in a timely manner and with explanations what service is required. I have used this family repair business exclusively for all my sewing machine repairs and maintenance service and will probably give up sewing when they close their doors. Honesty and integrity go hand in hand in this family operated business.
