Provided by YP.comMy dog is 60lbs 7 yrs with no previous health issues. About 3 mo ago she lost all mobility in her legs & has been unable to walk. After spreading 1K$ on diagnostics on several different vets & neuroogists, X-rays & bloodwork, acupuncture & meds, we still didn’t know what the problem was. I ended up at Dr. Loesers animal rehab. At first, dr Loeser seemed very knowledgeable and caring, the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Loeser believed it was a cervical problem and seemed very informed about the issue. After about a week in rehab program and new meds my dog was almost walking with all her legs again. The least of my complaints now come with Kelly (rehab coordinator) who after charging me a late fee for missing an appointment (which i fully understand) but when I tried to talk to her about to see if there was anything They could do to help since my life is upside down right now due to the extraneous vet bills, her only response was “it’s not my problem”. I understand if there’s nothing she can do, but that is not how we speak to people. When I brought this to the attention of Denise (office manager) she blew me off and basically reiterated the same thing. Nonetheless I kept bringing my dog back for rehab because she was improving and gaining her ability to walk again. After about a month in the rehab program, my dog started to get worse again and is now not waking at all. So I called them to ask if I could set up a consult with Dr. Loeser for a re-evaluation so we could figure out the next step. I spoke with Kelly on the phone, who just kept going back and forth to Dr. Loeser to ask my questions instead of just simply placing Dr. Loeser on the phone. They wouldn’t let me set up a consult wit the doctor, they sent me away to a neurologist, which I’ve already been too. They essentially told me there’s nothing they could do, and i just don’t understand how they could be so dismissive without at least seeing my dog for one final consult. I’m extremely disappointed.

Provided by YP.comThere pet services are good in regards to the vet. Dr. L is great. HOWEVER, I have never been so disrespected before. The front office staff manager Dawn treated me horribly and was rude. This was not the first time. She has never heard of customer satisfaction. Based on other reviews it looks like I am not the only one that has experienced this treatment. I was the only person there and as I was waiting I was having a conversation with someone on the telephone and after my conversation she has the nerves to chastise me about what I said and how I spoke to the person on the telephone. She assumed I was referring to the wait and proceeded to berate me. I explained to her that the conversation had nothing to do with her and I did not deserve to be spoken that way. She did not apologize for her misunderstanding. Instead she kicked me out and told me that I could not wait inside. At NO time did I complain to her about the wait or raise my voice and I have never been treated so horribly at a place I am paying for services. I tried to call and voice my complaints to someone else and she would not allow me to and just hung up on me. TERRIBLE!!!
I have been using Dr Joyce Loeser since 1997 for several animals. She is Fantastic at what she does. She cares and helps. I drive 45 minutes to see her, so that should say something! I have friends that have used her and find her to be 'miraculous'!
