Do not go here because they will rip you off. I went for a yearly physical that is covered at 100% under my insurance. They required that I go back in for the blood results and charged me $30. There were no abnormalities or any problems. I'd requested a referral for a specialist and the doctor didn't even give me one. What a waste of time and money!
