Fixed my problem when no one else could. For months i had trouble getting someone to come out and replace the pump in my septic tank that took liquids to the leech field. Freestate analyzed and fixed the problem expeditiously and at a cost below what other said would take. Totally reliable and answered/called when they said they would. Will use for all my future septic needs and problems.
