Just love vision4 less I can get 4 pair for the price of one pair so.ewhere else

I had a horrible experience and the communication from the employees was not friendly or was any attempt made to direct me to the correct area to take advantage of the "special" as they call it. After spending an hour in the wrong area and picking out frames did I then find out that they were not in the "special". 4 days later I called them and asked if they would put my script in a frame that I have and they said,quote"bring them up and we will look at them. I drove the long distance again and was told that 2 days ago a memo came thru saying no longer will they put scripts in frames that are not purchased there. I was so upset after speaking to the unpleasant rep who told me to bring them up, that I left my name and number for the Manager to call me. I will see if that happens. I do not have insurance so the special sounded good but as they say if something sounds good it really isn't. I would like to hear from others with complaints.

I had an exam for new contacts. I was given the contacts & told to go sit down & put them in. I asked for some help putting them in for the first time & was told that I should just go try to put them in & if I could not do it they would come over and help. The contacts were bi-focal and I told her that I could not see up close. Her response was that I should just take them out and wait for my follow-up visit in a week. She was NOT helpful in the least. My Mother got glasses the same day. She was looking at glasses with a sales person while waiting to be called into her exam.. After her exam she came out and the lady that was helping her was busy with another person. She was ready to check out and asked for help from a lady who was not busy. The sales people are obviously on commission because the first sales lady was very rude to the sales lady who ended up helping my mother buy the glasses. She made it obvious that we were to wait until she was finished with the other customer.

If you go anywhere else, yo are wasting your money! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I get a perfect fit every time. I go back time after time, and recommend V4L to all my friends and family!

Poor customer service. Rude staff. Glasses are reasonably priced if it doesn't bother you if they treat you like you are insignificant and an interruption to their workday.
