I ordered an 8 pc legs and thighs only and I even verified thats what my order was at the window but when I got home what did I have? NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! Ended up with 2 breast 2 thighs, 2 of the tiniest legs you ever saw and 2 little wings. What was so hard to understand about legs and thighs only. I call KC on Locust and I was told they would only replace it if I brought the original wrong order back. Really????? Well how often once you get home with the chicken and everyone is hungry are you going to be able to take it all the way back to KC Also what would they do with the chicken that was already given to me, put it back and sell to another customer. Very poor service. Trying Popeye's Chicken next time.
