I apologize, I forgot about Dr. Penmatcha....

My wife and I went here to get treat her glaucoma checked. After the appointment the doctor had us reschedule to come in again to check her pressure with the new eye drops he had prescribed. Right before this appointment our car broke down and we called the office to inform them we could not make it in. However a nurse called my wife the day afterwards asking when we would reschedule. Not knowing exactly when we would have transportation again my wife said that she didn't know and that we would call them when we knew, but the nurse just asked again and again not seeming to understand the situation, she also implied that she did not believe we had any car problems at all. It took us a week to get a new vehicle but before we could schedule a new appointment we received a letter from the doctor saying he no longer wanted to treat my wife. There was less than a week between our missed appointment and the letter. I find this absolutely ridiculous.
