I am a parent of a child who currently attends Kindercare. We have had a wonderful experience there. Our child has been there since 3 months old and he is now almost 2 and has done amazingly there, his teachers are the most caring people ever. The director has been wonderful with working with potty training and what works for us, which has included letting my son wear underwear. Within 2 weeks he is almostly completely trained. The ONLY reason I rated it 4 stars and not 5 is the cost, unfortunately we recently had to make the descision to leave because of cost, but I along with my son's teachers were crying because this may have been one of the hardest descisions I have had to make as a parent. It is such a good feeling for a parent to know that their child is so loved by the people that care for him during the day. They have really taken the time to let the kids be independent. I highly recommend the infant and toddler program at Kindercare.

Children are treated like livestock here. The only thing that matters to management in this center is enrollment numbers. The teachers of the room do really care about their children but are unable to improve conditions for the children on their own. Any attempt by these teachers to change the status quo is met by disciplinary action by management. THIS IS NOT A QUALITY PROGRAM! DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
