I have been a patient here for 5 years, with long-time serious back issues and shoulder problems. I can unequivocably recommend this physician and the people he chooses to assist him.

I have been coming to Dr Lockman for many years, since he came to the Quad Cities. I had visited many physicians in the midwest prior to his arrival including Mayo Clinic and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr Lockman treated my pain issues with treatments and techniques I had never seen before, he didnt just write me a prescription and send me on my way. I had many spinal injections in the past, usually without relief. Dr Lockman is unbelievable with a needle, and his injections ACTUALLY IMPROVE my quality of life. My father also comes to see Dr Lockman now and has for about a year. He couldnt be more pleased. A few months ago I also had the pleasure of meeting another Physician at AWSS, Dr Rand. She has been an amazing help to my health. She taught me ways to help myself with my health, which in turn helped my pain. everything from breathing techniques to diet suggestions and exercises. She has been a wealth of information and a big help. If you live with pain that wont go away you should visit AWSS. It will improve your quality of life.

My life has changed fir the better, I have seen many doctors for my back issues, Dr. Lockman has helped in so many ways. I dont miss work anymore due to my back and am able to do so many things that I could not do before!

Was treated like a number not a person and was required to take Drug Test every month on my bill which cost $800.00 each time. Office staff were not helpful when you need an answer or to speak with the Dr. Lockman directly. Would not recommend.

I have been to 4 other physicians for help with my back over the past 5 years and after many epadural injections PT treatments, and medications I hardly noticed any difference. I was treated by Dr Lockman in the summer of 2011 using radiofrequency neurotomy. I Had severe pain and was using massive amounts of pain medication.In September I had steroid shots to treat the SIJ pain. At times, before the procedures, I had a 9 or a 10 pain level. Dr. Lockman is a good doc. who listens and trys to help the best way possible. But that staff on the other hand need to be fired such as Deb. She never have answers, don't return phone calls back, and have no care or concerns for you. And who ever heard you can't talk to your doctor on the phone does that mean he's to good for his patients.
