Had my taxes prepared while going through a divorce and was made to feel like a criminal. Highly insensitive to my unique situation. I answered all questions asked of me honestly and was very open about my situation. Was called back due to "error" they blamed on me and received a lower return and had to pay for two preparation fees. IF there was any error it was the fault of the preparer not asking the right questions or getting all the information needed. When I went back to re-sign I had my character insulted and was called names. NOT a professional place to have your taxes done.
