I've been to this salon couple of times. The most recent one being 12/28/12. My sister & I were going on a cruise the next day & she wanted to treat us both to a manicure & pedicure. They suggested the french gel nail polish (which by the way does cost more, I was given a cost of $106 on the phone,but paid $166 )& told it would last 3 wks.Nails were trimmed so short that when we left, they looked odd. By Mon. manicure was lifting around the edges & by the time we got back on 01/05/13 they were a mess. I called & spoke with the owner & he said to come by. My girlfriend had the gel polish and her nails were beautiful for 4 wks (different salon). When I tried to explain to them that we were not happy he got quite belligerent, said that was normal & obviously we weren't going to get them fixed.We at that point said take it off.He came over & said normally would charge $5, but wouldn't charge, really?No customer service satisfaction. BTW, I'm in sales!
