If my family had previous knowledge of the "care" my grandfather would receive -we would have NEVER approached these people! They had no regard to questions, they DID NOT thoroughly evaluate his needs. THEY OVERLOOKED BED SORES!! And when we asked about how they would handle it -we were told it was "common"!! When we asked for moisture swabs to prevent his mouth being dry...she looked at us like we were nuts! This place should not be licensed to care for a pet rock...much less our Loved Ones!!
