BBQ is great but could use some improvement on the sides

This is a sorry excuse for BBQ! I had pulled pork, greens, and jambalaya. The meat was NOT smoky, it was overcooked and tasteless. Even though I didn't request sauce, it was added on top and it was loaded with vinegar and too much sugar. My greens were not cooked long enough and were actually rubbery. They too were cooked with sugar. I've never had worse greens in my life! On the positive side, the jambalaya was above average, but this is touted as a BBQ restaurant and it is severely lacking. The employees were young kids who could have cared less about even speaking to us. You help yourself to drinks, utensils, etc. and right there sits an open trash can! How appetizing is that??? All I can say is if this place stays in business it will be because of the Blues and alcohol, NOT the food.
