      I went to get a ring sized, they ran my card through twice, saying there was an error on the machine the first time. The machine printed out two receipts, I asked her if it ran it through twice, she said NO. Sure enough, two charges on my bank account today. However, they only show one at the store, so now it's on me to get it fixed. She suggested that I wait for 5 days, it will probably fix itself. Are they kidding? How's that for customer service?
