As the previous review stated, the interest is high, but this is explained to each customer before signing the contract. Therefore, a person is TOTALLY informed of the expectations of payment. These types of loans always have high interest rates! The representatives were thorough in explaining this. They were courteous and helpful. When my car broke down, and I was not able to make my payments on time, they were also very helpful, understanding, and willing to work with me. I am making my last loan payment today, 2/10/15, and I am very happy to do so. If you can get a loan from a bank, friend, or relative, I would suggest doing so, but in an emergency situation when you have no other choice, I would suggest going to Moneymax. It is a good company to work with and I am sure you will receive the same courteous, helpful , and understanding service I received

Money Max seemed to be a good way to borrow money on my car title. A good deal? Hell no! They change your car title, before they give you a check after u have signed your car away.U pay 100% interest which means its next to impossible to pay back. My loan was for $500, I ended up paying $800 to get it back. When I got my title back I had to go to pay to get ownership again. Money Max is a Ponzi scheme. BTW if u miss a payment they repossess your car and put it on your credit report as a involuntary repossession. They don't run credit to give u the loan so how can they put a repo on your credit report for your own car? Don't go to Money Max try to get money from somewhere else. I wish I had known. Don't be desperate for money like I was.
