I was amazingly shocked at the service I received on my visit at this location . Seeing we dont have a dairy Queen in North Caroline where we live we as a family decided to go into Danville Va.for a treat ! There was a heavy white girl working with a black woman maybe 35 or so and I think they should be greatly commended on the job they did . They we busy at the time we arrived and we were hesitant on going inside just looking at the cars sitting in line. So we decided to go in anyway .We were very promptly greeted a knew we would have a small wait time . We had not decided on what we wanted so time wasn't really an issue because they were ready to service us before we could get our order together. The older of the two was very pleasant . This store has made this our ice cream spot from now on ! Loved the customer service and even the suggestion of trying the blizzard of the month . It was so delicious. Anf last but not least was the MY PLEASURE no girls it was truly our pleasure a we will definitely be back !

I had the most pleasant experience at this Dairy Queen. I was quickly waited on and the person taking my order was so friendly. It is so refreshing to patron a business and receive wonderful service and a smile.

My family and I went here tonight, and it was wonderful! 3 of us knew what we wanted, and the workers were very patient while my sister was gdtting the childrens orders over thee phone. Super friendly, good service and the manager (Shanita I think) was really helpful!
