Our focus is to help others succeed and grow in their professional as well as in their personal lives. Team Building US offers the essential training needed for building new teams as well as the training and education needed to help struggling teams become more effective and efficient. We specialize in helping individuals understand their leadership and personality types using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Our vision at Team Building US is to instill in leaders, new leaders and potential leaders the same passion we have for helping others understand and develop their full potential. They, in turn, develop the same within their teams.
