I've been going exclusively to Shannon Tire for more than twenty years. As a widow lady I have especially appreciated their honesty and they have treated me fairly on charges. I always use a coupon from the Shannon Coupon book which also helps. Also, they have a nice waiting room with coffee and TV and a clean bathroom. I've already sat in dust covered couches in the cold when I've had my car worked on. I'm so thankful for Shannon tire, a nice clean place and very good service. You can also opt to go two doors over and get a slice or two of pizza at Unida while waiting if you choose.

Worst place I ever took a vehicle to. In November 2012 they put my snow directional tires on backwards on the front of the car. I spun around route 54 in the first snow storm. I took the car back and they corrected the front tires only. Little did I know that they did not correct the back tires. In April 2013 when I went to have the all seasons put back on they put the back tires on the front and that is when I realized they did not correct them. I had been running them backwards. They were ruined/cuped really bad. The tires I had were put on the back and they were still good. And of course, they would not take the blame so I am going to a new garage. They have lost my business and many of my friends. Would not even give them a one star.

This is the Best location for Steve Shannon...honest, reputable personnel, that provide reliable couteous service, and they keep you informed all along the way, as they service your car.
