The Danville Family YMCA is a nonprofit charitable organization that provides services based on Judeo-Christian principles. The organization offers swimming, yoga and lifeguard classes. Located in Danville, Ill., it provides gymnastics, sports, and health and fitness programs. The Danville Family YMCA serves children up to the age of five years through its nursery. The organization s physical education program includes relay races and fitness scavenger hunts. Its supports several sports activities, including basketball, dodgeball and tae kwon do. The Danville Family YMCA has partnerships with local schools and other agencies, such as Dr. Scholl Foundation, Vermilion Healthcare Foundation, TeePak and Wal-Mart.
