Great options for Danville. Could always be better though. Customer service is actually phenomenal every single time I go in, and I go often. They all know Ghost by name and treat him like their own. I saw the previous reviews and felt compelled to write one. I didn't get a dog until December of 17' so I can't speak for 2+ years ago, but they're awesome now!!

Not bad service has improved from the other persons comments but they run out items. If stuff we needed was always in stock I'd give em a 4 star.

My wife went to buy a prairie dog today, she came home without it because you tried to sell her a cage that we already had, I am very disappointed in your store, her heart was set on it. theives and heartbreakers, I see why your local store is empty everytime we visit, don't count on us to come again, I give your stor a 0 out of 10

Worse service you can ever get. The people are rude. They lack integrity. They do not guarantee their pets they sell. You should drive down the street or to Champaign before ever walking in this place.
