Mark an Nesto were very friendly to me ! Nesto fixed my flat tire quick! Great service i for sure will tell.my friends to go there! Nice an clean. Waiting room and shop!!

I had new tires put on and was supposed to get a wheel alignment at the same time. Got on the road with the new tires and the alignment was obviously not done so I went back to the store. About a half a day later they finished the alignment and all is fine now but the attitude and lack of customer service was not worth the hassle. Lastly I found that I over paid by about $125 for the tires and should have gone elsewhere. This is my fault I know but it proves the point about honesty and gauging the customer and this shop. Don't go here.....

had a terrible experience.



my wife took our car here for an oil change/ tire rotation.



minor issue:



1) Cost: they charged her $100 while other oil change places have historically charged about $40 for same service



MAJOR issue:



they FORGOT to put the oil cap back on.



My wife drove about 100 miles, then I found the oil cap sitting on the engine with about 2 quarts of oil missing and oil everywhere.



This SERIOUSLY damaged our car as oil got into the combustion chamber through the spark plugs.



I had to replace the spark plugs, valve cover gasket then wires ($100 and 3 hours of my time).



AFTER that, I took my car to get it smogged and it FAILED.



So I am waiting to find out now how much a major tune-up and another smog check will cost me.



I am assuming their lack of concern has cost me about $600 not accounting for my time.
