Great customer service, i am really happy with my car and the deal that i got at the Mpx.

I have had nothing but good customer service form the owner Alex and Herb. I bought an older BMW and any issue I have had, they took care of it, no questions asked. I am truly satisfied with the way I have been taken care of. I do realize that an older vehicle has issues down the line, but being taken care of by MPX Motor Group has gone above what was to be expected. As of this date, I would recommend MPX to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price, as long as the person realizes that older vehicles are not new and do occasionally have issues, which MPX will take care of in the Warranty period

I will NEVER do business with Herbert or Alex EVER again. They are shady. They have lied and gone behind my back. They REFUSE to take back my truck that was bought 2 weeks ago. They claimed to have made the repairs but it failed inspection 3 times. When i picked it up on May 7th oddly enough there was a passing sticker on it. I took it to my own place and not surprising in FAILED. So there goes another $30.00 out of my pocket. The fact that they refuse to take it back says to me that they KNOW there is more wrong with it. i'm going to the better business office and reporting them. do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE SHADY DEALERS IF YOU CAN HELP IT. WORSE MISTAKE EVER. AVOID THEM
