i.e., A local Went to Ocho Rios Jamiaca last March to a luxury sandals resort. Booked thru this travel agency and received tickets in timely manner and they answered every question I could think of. However we do not get a chance to travel often and asked for a room as close to the ocean to get a view with standard rates. Was put in a building that the elevators were broken the entire stay and of course we were on the 3rd floor. Also we were told there were 15 restaurants but 4 of them you needed reservations and they failed to tell us that if you did not book the first night you arrived dont bother the next unless you hire, everything was supposely booked up. And last but least travel agent never gave us the option or heads up about the immigraton line that there was an option of paying for express if you would rather not wait in the 2 hr line when you arrive in Jamiaca and have to go through customs. I waited 8 mos for this travel agency company to at least contact or email us to fo
