      Very unprofessional! Received a call from a strange 800 number the machine told me to call the same # back and dial some extension, thats it. I called them back to see who they were, automated message just said the hours of operation and to press 0 for customer service. No name of the company provided. Looked up the # online to find out itsCarter Business Service INC a collection agency. I don't mind speaking with collection agent, I have nothing to hide but if they are professional they should know that the first thing you do is introduce yourself. No one would want to deal with unknown strange machine that calls you and asks to call back!
