got into a car crash December of 2015 totaling my reliable 2013 Ford Escape after my gap coverage and insurance coverage I walked away even. As a single mother and nurse I needed another reliable car asap. I went to K-town in Danielson CT and was assured they were selling me an awsome car one that would get me to work daily, be cheaper, and of most importance safe for my child and I. Little did I know I wasn't getting that. It's been a year since I bought it and nothing but problems I brought it to there shop more times then I can count during and after the warranty for it bogging, stalling in the middle of the road with my child in it, oil leak, transmission leak, coil replacement, and reviving up high. To take it home after being promised and assured several times it was fixed to hrs later having the same problem or if I was lucky a week or two later. My warranty is now up and my car is still unfixed. When I asked if I could take it to a different place for diagnostics because they could pinpoint the correct problems I was told if anyone else touched it my warranty with them was void. Only one coil was replaced and the other 6 have gone, the wire harness which they had sitting on my engine has several melted wires and may need to be replaced now, several other wires are electrical taped together, and the transmission is still leaking. This vehicle that was ment to get this nurse to work safely to take care of my sick patients, keep my child, and I safe feels more like $10,000+ death trap.. yes this garage has offered to re-work at my car and oh if it's the same problem fix it like the several other times they fixed it but clearly they haven't even after looking myself and my 5 year old daughter in the eye telling us it's fixed and safe. I'm stuck with this car and I hope others see this warning and don't end up screwed like me!!

When you purchase or trade with k town they go above and beyond what any other dealer would ever do.

Was sold a 2006 Hyundai Sonata from K Town for 8,200. After a couple weeks it began having many problems so I brought it to a Hyundai Dealership and was told that it was going to need 3,700 dollars worth of repairs to make it drivable again and was also told that the car was worth 500 dollars when I bought it. Before I bought the vehicle from K town they told me that they would take good care of me and make sure I got a good vehicle. When I was getting ready to buy the Sonata they said it was well maintained and in very good condition. They lied to me and sold me a 500 dollar car for 8,200. I will never go there again and everyone who asks me where to get a used car I will make sure to tell them not to go to K town.
