Based in Danforth, Ill., Prairieview Lutheran Home was established in 1971, and is a skilled nursing care facility. It is spread over 9 acres of rolling farmland serving as a Christian residential care center. It also offers various companion sites and other health care services. The center provides a variety of services that include dietary, cooking, serving and dishwashing; housekeeping, daily cleaning and custodial care; laundry services, commercial washing and folding; maintenance of lawn care and general repairs; and social services. It also offers various assistance activities in all living units and provides physical therapies for inpatients and outpatients. Prairieview Lutheran Home has a team of licensed practical and registered nurses and certified nursing assistants.
