Just had Seal repair service come out and look at two units. The main unit for the house was a Trane gas furnace, air conditioner combo. Had stopped cooling last night. Up stairs package unit had been out of service for a couple of months. I called Seal on a Saturday morning around 9:30 am and left a message. Service man called back in 5 minutes and was at the house by 10:30. Replaced a condenser, checked the unit out, started right up. He then checked the cooling capacity and added a pound of freon. He then went upstairs and checked out the wall package unit. Looks like a control board issue. He will call back with a price to replace the board and a price to replace the unit. Robby explained the problems and potential causes. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Excellent and prompt service.

When I had a new unit installed it only took the techs from this company 1 1/2 hours to do the job, I had problems with the unit due to the poor installation from the beginning. I did some checking and found that the standard time for doing a proper installation with all the required steps takes about 3 hours if there are no complications. I have had to have the company to send techs out repeatedly. I finally had another company to check out my unit. They found a leak at the line set....definitely due to faulty workmanship. I will never do business with them again and do not recommend them to anyone.
