Very Difficult time scheduling a physical without scheduling more than a month in advance. Was speaking with someone in the appointments and got disconnected right at closing time (4:30 pm). Could not call the office back nor leave any kind of message. I never received a call back from someone in the office even though I had the appointment scheduled (or at least I hope I do). I was an established patient for over a decade and was not even able to see my physician. I am very disappointed that an office staff member that had my full contact information did not even try to call me back knowing the phones block out.

BAD INSULTING IMPERSONAL A terribly unprofessional situation. Sometimes there is no doctor there at all. The receptionist is cold and almost rude.. There is no flexibility about the need for vital prescription refills or emergency help. This place will undermine any belief you have about the medical system in this area.BEWARE.
