      While trying to conduct business and asked to talk to the owner, I was hung up on. OK, everyone makes a mistake. Called back and was hung up on again! this is how you conduct business. I guess the rumors are true! Bad customer service!

      They wouldn't take back an item just because it was opened. It was even their fault I bought the wrong one!! I wouldn't use them.
