They are all very helpful and friendly, except for the reps in the finance department. I was quoted a certain price, then forced into a bunch of warranties that I didn't need. In the end, I was grossly overcharged and I tried to resolve the issue. After some battling, they refunded me the extended warranty, but what really leaves me feeling sick to my stomach is the Lojack deal. I was told that Lojack was pre-installed with the vehicle and I could pay $30/mo extra to take it. I said no. I was then told, "how about $9/mo?" So I caved. The final fee was a lot more than $9/mo and when I fought it, they got very nasty with me. I was told that they already sent my registration into Lojack. A week later, Lojack has no record of any registration and told me that I shouldn't be charged for it. The end result is that the finance rep refuses to refund the money, but I will take this to a higher level. If you must deal with Greentree Toyota, refuse EVERYTHING and demand the original quoted price.

I had the worse experience with this dealership. They try to fool you into buying warranties and trick you with the finances. They are nice with you at the begins till you buy the car and if you decide not they are very nasty. I strongly will never recommend them.
