- Meet other local folks coping with the experience of a divorce or separation. Whether you are currently in the process of divorce, newly single or have been divorced for some time, this is an opportunity to continue the process of healing and personal growth. A small group of caring folks meet each week and are willing to share with sincerity and listen with empathy. More than 100 people have attended sessions during the last 3 years. Come for a few weeks, several months or a year. Move on when you have made peace with yourself and found joy in your world again. Individual transition coaching sessions are also offered. In my role as a coach, I will work with you as you rediscover your personal value. I can provide you with tools, support and structure to help you recoognize your limiting beliefs which lead to self-defeating behaviors, find direction, identify what you want, and support you in achieving a life that you really love. YES, there is life after the pain of divorce. IT IS POSSIBLE TO RE-INVENT LIFE! Warren (the facilitator) is a student of Cognitive Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Dream Work and Reiki; a former Methodist Pastor and a divorce survivor.

- WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM COACHING? You will first experience the catharsis of sharing the story of your pain with a well trained and compassionate listener. It is important to feel those emotions and know that they are normal and okay. You will learn to look in the mirror and be able to believe that you are a person of value, and that you love and accept yourself just the way you are. You will begin to understand and release yourself from many of those conditioned commentaries and dialogues in your head, and reprogram yourself to find energy and abundance in this wonderful life. You will be challenged to establish a personal philosophy of life you can live by based on your own values. You will have an opportunity to explore your passions and prioritize what you want to do next in your life which will lead to a life of more balance and joy. You will find the confidence to enable yourself to make more meaningful choices and take consistent action in following through. You will be asked to focus and do more than you many have done on your own and produce results more quickly.
General Info
This is one attendee's thoughts on the group: "This group is excellent. Warren directs alot of energy focusing on reconditioning your thought process. And helps you to identify all the positive things. We all desire that inner peace within ourselves. We all want to recover and throw out the baggage ...But HOW? Warren knows how....Its truly a process and takes work. We discuss pain, with personal empathy, but how to get passed it is the key. The group is very informative and educates you. It is also so nice to have very personal support from people who know and lived threw the same circumstances. We all come from different walks of life, various ages, and different situations. But we all have the same feelings, and suffer the same pains of such a huge life changing event. I feel it is the BEST tool you can have to help you threw ANY divorce or separation. Im actually sad when the meeting ends...Thats how much I enjoy it!" This is what two people said after their individual coaching sessions ended: "This experience has indeed saved me in many ways. I doo't know if I would be in the same place if it weren't for thiws work at this time in my life when it was most crucial." "I've come to an interesting conclusion ... I've grown and matured more in the pawst two years than in the previous 34. Thank you for being a part of it." DIVORCE is a crisis - a life changing event - and it is not easy. I have coached more than 150 people through their transitions in the last 3 1/2 years. I can help you focus on the present, with awareness of the past, and guide you as you make decisions that will lead you in your process of re-inventing your future.
