I had a hitch installed today on my car and they managed to put a nice scuff on my fender, an area they did not even need to be near to install the hitch. I actually asked them when ordering the hitch if they were careful with customer's cars. The woman responded with "what kind of question is that". I suppose no one is going to say "no" to that question. I haven't tried to hook anything up to the hitch, but I am going to assume it was installed correctly. However, they are careless with customer's cars and take no accountability for their actions. They simply said "sorry".
