Had a complaint two weeks ago with the help concerning the sausage burrito breakfast. Spoke to Ron or Rob in corporate about this and they assured me it was all a misunderstanding. Please give us another chance. I said OK stuff happens. I then inquired about DD comping me for my inconvience. He said sure we will send you out a coupon for a free sandwich. Havent seen it yet ! disappointing.

I've been here twice. 1st time in the afternoon, when they first opened, and was served by a young man (high school age) and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I decided to give it another go as the staff may have been on the learning curve the first time. So I stopped in this morning at 6:25am. Again, the coffee tasted old and weak this time. Tasted like they used the same coffee grounds to make another pot. I was very disappointed. Aside from the poor flavor of the coffee, I found the store to be very clean, the staff friendly and the atmosphere inviting. I will continue to check back on occasion in hopes that the coffee improves.

I love the service, the employees are great and I love it when I get to have the girl serve me!!! She's always so kind (a little shy)...
