My wife Karen Rosenthal and myself Robert Rosenthal have been coming to Dr. Poolers office for about 50 years between the both of us. We have always been treated with the utmost respect regardless if it was just a cleaning or the awful root canal. The entire office staff, led by Tess and Cynthia have always been cordial to us, always greeting us with a smile regardless of how their day has been going. I can not say that I actually look forward to going to the dentist, however this particular office makes the experience a whole lot easier. I can recall one recent experience when I was working at the ball bark just after the Giants had won the world series and I had bitten into something and lost my front tooth. I only had a small time frame that I could get to the dentist to have this possibly fixed.
