Owned by Sherry Street and Mark McIlquham, the company strives to be successful in the ever-changing, technology-based real estate business while maintaining superior service throughout the entire transaction. Realty Street's foundation is based upon its referrals from past and current clients with nearly 60 percent of its business coming through referrals from current and past clients. The company contributes this success to its experienced realtors and team approach to buying and selling. The company is a member of the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors with many of its associates having held multiple positions on both the state and local boards of realtors. Sherry was honored as both the Berkshire County Board of Realtors "Realtor of the Year" and "Massachusetts Realtor of the Year" in 2001 and Mark served as the Berkshire County 2010 Multiple Listing Service Board president.
