Very disappointed in this company's "lack" of service! After paying a $60.00 service call to check for a roof leak, Panhandle advised us of a possible ventilation and mold issue in our attic, but no leak. Their web site says that ventilation issues and mold remediation are services they provide, but when I spoke with the manager, I was told they cannot help me and that I'm on my own. They couldn't even offer any recommendations on who to call. A few days later it rained, and water began leaking into my home. I called back to explain that a leak was indeed present, and apparently missed during the previous inspection. They agreed that it must be a leak, but said I would have to pay another $60 service fee if I wanted him to come back out and look again. When I said that it didn't seem right that I should have to pay another fee for an overlook on their part, the response was, "I'm afraid that's what it will be." Very poor customer service, and false advertising on their web site.
