The banking hours are NOT customer friendly; they are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 4 pm. Closed on Saturdays. I went in to apply for a car loan and to fill out an application the wanted $20 or $30. I told them not to worry about it. I called my regular bank and did it over the phone.Once inside the bank the tellers are friendly enough, but if you work a regular job, 9a-4p is not reasonable.If you have another option for a bank, use it!
