They have had my R V since April 7 it is now June 3 and still don’t have it back ,a 2019 apex.I was told when we took it to be fixed it would be 2-3 weeks not 2 months.Having to pay for something sitting on their lot.

We put a down payment of $1000 on a camper to live in while our house was under contract with the understanding it was non-refundable. Our contract fell through after 3 business days of making the down-payment. We contacted them to not only let them know, but to see if they would have any mercy on our situation. They did not care. It took 5 days later of calling, only 1 time a day, to get an owner on the phone. After the owner, Wayne Burgess, got on the phone, he offered us the payment to go towards another purchase of a camper within 6 months. We understood but asked if instead we could have goods instead as of work out some sort of deal. He said "we obviously don't understand". I contacted him for a copy of my contract in which he replied "I ain't sending you nothing" so I replied with "you will be hearing from our lawyers because you are legally required to provide a contract". I said I was very disappointed that we could not be adults and talk about this" as he was talking down to me, at which point he replied with "I'm disappointed in you for not understanding". At this point, I don't want the money, but what i want is for them to understand that I have NEVER been talked to like that and been so disrespected before in my life. I posted a review on their Facebook page, as did many of people who support my family and got nothing but a negative response from an employee there who stated "I can't believe you are SO Stupid". Talk about customer care. I hope no one ever has to deal with this company and their belittling comments.

ATTENTION MILITARY VETS: Beware of Dalton RV in Dalton, Georgia. Owner would not give a $1000.00 deposit back to a struggling Veteran who thought he had his house sold and the deal fell through. Upon asking the owner for a little consideration and mercy, he was told not to call him back. Veteran never took delivery of the camper, and was told he missed his window to cancel the purchase by 5 hours. So the dealer keeps the $1000.00 and the Veteran gets nothing in return. Is this how Dalton RV treats all American Military Heroes?? If you support our Military Veterans, please call Dalton RV, your local newspaper, or your local television station, or discuss this with your neighbors at church and see how they feel about this. If this type of corporate behavior turns your stomach please boycott Dalton RV and please spread the word of this corporate greed.
