Provided by YPmobileThis Walgreens will make you appreciate not living any where close the ghetto. Drop a prescription there and you'll see..A sad reflection on every business in the vacinity. You ready better of waiting on Parkland hospitals pharmacy line.

Provided by YPmobilePicking up prescriptions was a horrible experience! Waited over an hr in line, only to get the register to wait even longer! As they are asking me personal medical questions as they are ringing up customers while they are still asking me questions. What ever happened to confidentiality?! Then come to find out my prescription WAS NOT ready, this was two days after they told me it will be ready within two hrs! They did not once apologize for blurting my personal information or for not having my meds ready. I understand that they are extremely busy, but that is not an excuse to treat customers like they don't matter. People go to walgreens to great customer service but this bruton and buckner location does NOT provide that! (In addition to this horrible experience, I called a few days later to check on my refill- was on hold for 1hr and 46mins) think twice before using this pharmacy- would you really want to go through all this when your not feeling well to begin with?

Provided by YP.comThis neighborhood was too rough for any educated black woman to be in. Even the black pharmacist knew less about my medication than the girl on the register.

Provided by YP.comOne hour and a half wait for my medication that I needed asap, because they were backed up.
