I received HORRIBLE customer service from this location! I have been purchasing hair from this store for some time now. I always spend at least $200.00 when I do. The last time I bought hair I purchased hair I got a length that was too long for my liking. I wanted to exchange the hair for a shorter length. I was not requesting any money back I simply wanted a shorter length and to purchase another bundle as well. The sales lady was EXTREMELY rude and kept cutting me off before I could finish a sentence. Needless to say I will no longer shop here again. I will purchase my hair online from now on. I receive a discount because I am a stylist and only shop here out of convenience.
