  EDUCATION: Ms. Ball obtained her license to practice law in the state of Texas in 1988. A 1984 honor graduate of Cornell College with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, she obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University where she served as an officer and member of the Board of Advocates and a member of the San Antonio based William S. Sessions Inn of Court. In 2002 Ms. Ball was certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Personal Injury Trial Law. Prior to attending law school Ms. Ball worked as a contract reporter for a CBS affiliate KGAN -TV.
