I called on a Wednesday afternoon to schedule an appointment for the following day. I confirmed a 3:20 appointment. I arrived at 3:10 and had to wait in line for 10 min to check in. When I did check in, I asn't even given the paperwork to fill out and instead asked to wait. 20 min went by and they finally called me to the counter to tell me that they had accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong day and it had been made for the day prior. They said the only appointments they had available for the rest of the day were not for new patients. Even though this had been their mistake, I was forced to go elsewhere after taking off of work for a confirmed appointment. No apology or admission of guilt was given. Very disappointed in the way this was handled and that I wasted over 30 min at the office before someone figured out the mistake.
